Double Top is run by Joshua Tuxworth in the UK ("we", "us"). By playing it you agree to these terms. They're short, so please read them.
The game
Double Top is a free football quiz played like darts. Questions are based on published football statistics. We check them carefully, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one, use the report button after the question and we'll look at it.
Your account
- One account per person. You're responsible for the email you link to it.
- Pick a name that's fine for everyone to see. We block offensive names and can change or remove any name, or account, that breaks these rules.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Play fair
No cheating: no bots, scripts, multiple accounts used to win coins, or exploiting bugs. If we find cheating we can reset coins, ratings or results, or close the account.
Computer opponents
If no other player is found within about 20 seconds, you'll play a computer opponent instead. Tournaments can also fill empty places with computer players.
Coins and items
Coins, trophies and Locker items are part of the game only. They have no money value, can't be sold, swapped or cashed out, and we may change how they work. Nothing you unlock changes how the game scores.
The service
We provide the game as it is and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or end the game, or parts of it. We're not responsible for any loss caused by using it, except where the law says we can't limit our responsibility.
Names and trademarks
Double Top isn't connected with, or endorsed by, the Premier League, UEFA, FIFA or any club or player. Their names are only used to describe football facts.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
